When will I receive my order?

Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it ships out) takes 3 -10 working business days depending on the volume of orders being filled and if we need to order any stock to complete your order. During busy/seasonal periods please allow up to an extra week turnaround for your order to to be dispatched. All updates will be posted on social media. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order to check this is possible. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. All our times listed in “Business Days” include Monday-Friday only. Weekends and Bank Holidays not included.

What happens if an item I order becomes out of stock?

We try our best to not oversell or run out of items/stock. Occasionally we may sell out of items or oversell. If an item you happened to snag on your order is unavailable, we will contact you about substitution or refund options. If we are not able to contact you within 24 hours, we will issue a refund for the item. In this case, the Out-of-Stock item will be refunded to you via the original method paid.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! All products founds in the store can be customised. Full colour charts can be found in the ‘colour chart’ section of the website and on each listing. If unsure of a colour match for a specific outfit feel free to email sales@clothingpalettebykuntal.com a photo and leave the matching up to us! Please ensure you leave your details in the notes on your order!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a ‘CANCEL ORDER‘ button showing at the bottom of the order summary.

Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.

To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER’ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order’.


Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

What are the payment method accepted?

Siddh masale accept all major credit or debit cards through Razorpay Services. Please note that you are not required to have an account with Razorpay to pay this way on the Siddh masale website. There is a ‘pay with paytm or upi’ option at checkout.
